Off-Axis Three-Mirror System

Based on the design of off-axis three-mirror system, the primary mirror and third mirror use fourth-order XY polynomial free-form surface and the secondary mirror uses sphere which reduce the difficulty of manufacture on the premise of ensuring the integral perfomance of the whole system to meet the requirement of miniaturization, light-weight and high image quality.
